After completing his education, Joe landed a position as an Asset Manager with a boutique Commercial Real Estate firm called IDS, Inc. in San Diego, CA.  After spending 4 years with IDS, they sold a 3M square foot portfolio of Class A Office, Industrial and Retail property to Public Storage, a large REIT.  Joe met with a recruiter after being let go upon the disposition of their portfolio and the recruiter asked, “have you ever thought of recruiting?”  And the rest as they say is history. His dedication and knack for building relationships quickly set him apart, earning him accolades such as Rookie of the Year and President’s Club within his second year.
