Meet Ralph Schwaiger
Executive coach, resilience strategist, and co-founder, Ralph Schwaiger empowers high-performing professionals to achieve success without sacrificing their health. As a former global sales leader with 20+ years of experience across international markets, he now coaches executives and founders to build sustainable performance systems. A recognized voice in burnout prevention and leadership transformation, Ralph blends corporate insight with human-centered coaching to help leaders thrive with clarity, energy, and purpose.

Early Ambitions and Global Roots
Ralph Schwaiger began his career in the late 1990s, shortly after completing his degree in International Business Administration at the Bavarian Academy for Foreign Trade. With an eye for global impact and a natural fluency in languages, he quickly moved into international roles. His early experiences included management training and branch leadership at Douglas Holding AG, which laid the foundation for his expertise in leadership and operations.
From there, he joined BASF in 2000, taking charge of polyurethane systems in the Middle East. Responsible for markets including Iran, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Greece, Ralph’s strategic insight led to a significant market share increase and the eventual establishment of a new PU-Systems house in Iran.
His ability to manage diverse teams and complex markets continued to grow during his time as Export Manager at Keim Mineral Coatings, where he oversaw subsidiaries across Central and Eastern Europe. By 2009, Ralph had become Export Area Manager at VOCO, a global dental materials leader. Over four years, he managed staff across six countries and achieved a 70% revenue increase.
Colleague Jack D. Schmidt remarked:
“Ralph has excellent market understanding, immaculate attention to detail, and the interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships. He’s a go-getter who maintains the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction.”
New Zealand: A Radical Shift in Life and Purpose
In 2013, Ralph and his wife made a life-changing decision: they left Germany with their two young daughters, six suitcases, and a dream. The destination was New Zealand, where they sought a slower, more intentional life.
Together, they launched a sustainable hygiene product company—Change to Green Ltd. From the ground up, they built a brand that reflected their values of health, sustainability, and authenticity. Within a few years, their products were on shelves in 50 stores across New Zealand and Australia, and they had cultivated a loyal online customer base.
The family embraced a minimalist lifestyle, living in a fully self-sustainable tiny house just 30 square meters in size, raising chickens, and reconnecting with nature.

“Our story always draws attention. We jumped with no safety net—just vision, grit, and a belief in something better,” Ralph says.
This chapter reshaped Ralph’s definition of success. No longer driven by relentless hustle, he began to focus on alignment, energy, and well-being.
Strategic Leadership and Global Expansion
Ralph moved into advisory and trade roles with New Zealand Trade & Enterprise. There, he guided Kiwi companies in expanding across 16 Northern European markets, developing go-to-market strategies and securing distribution partnerships.
He later founded Pacific & Beyond, where he continued his advisory work by helping New Zealand exporters navigate European markets. This phase of his career showcased Ralph’s ability to synthesize global experience with hands-on business strategy.
Ralph joined 2021 S & C Polymer as a Senior Sales Manager. There, he managed key accounts and developed international partnerships across LATAM, DACH, MENA, and other regions.
The Burnout Pivot: Coaching for a New Kind of Success
Despite his achievements, Ralph had carried the silent weight of burnout throughout his career. The high-performance culture, long hours, and constant pressure had taken their toll. Eventually, he reached a personal breaking point.
Instead of ignoring the signs, Ralph chose transformation. Drawing on his own journey and extensive corporate background, he transitioned into coaching. Today, he works with executives, founders, and high-achievers to create sustainable performance systems that prioritize energy, clarity, and well-being.
“When you’re good at what you do, you can operate at 60% and still outperform most people. That’s dangerous,” Ralph says. “Because you start believing that scattered focus, shoulder tension, and delayed rest are just part of success.”
His philosophy is grounded in real-world experience and shaped by these core principles:
- Energy > Time
- Recovery is a KPI
- Environment shapes execution
- Clarity beats hustle
“High performance isn’t about going faster. It’s about building a system that lets you keep going without breaking,” Ralph explains.
Clients describe Ralph as deeply insightful, pragmatic, and empathetic. His coaching is not about quick fixes, but lasting change:
“Ralph is a problem-solver who works exceptionally well with international teams. He brings cultural openness and real ambition to everything he does.”
Vision for the Future: Leadership That Doesn’t Break You
Ralph Schwaiger believes the future of leadership lies in wholeness—where well-being and ambition are not at odds but in partnership. He envisions a world where executives don’t just perform; they thrive.

As a speaker, coach, and strategist, Ralph continues to challenge outdated norms around success and burnout. His mission is to help leaders stop glorifying overwork and start designing lives that allow them to lead, live, and grow without losing themselves.
“You don’t have to wait for a breaking point to realize your full potential. True performance comes from alignment, not exhaustion,” Ralph says.
