At Mars, Tatiana played a pivotal role in pioneering digital platforms for veterinary education, demonstrating her ability to create groundbreaking solutions in established industries.
Tatiana then moved to Duamentes, a consulting firm, where she excelled in developing innovative research frameworks. Her work significantly boosted client revenue and shaped strategic decisions in diverse sectors, including fintech, healthcare, and blockchain. As the leader of a team of 10 UX researchers, she established research standards and executed over 50 comprehensive research projects, translating insights into actionable business strategies. Her ability to design strategic workshops and create systematic approaches to research helped position Duamentes as a leader in its field.
Currently, Tatiana works as an independent freelancer, collaborating with creative agencies like ONY and others. In this role, she continues to bring her extensive research expertise to complex and innovative projects, building solutions from the ground up and ensuring they align with both business goals and user needs.
