At the age of thirty-four, Peter made a pivotal decision to step away from the security of a paid position and embark on an independent consulting career. For the past thirty years, he has worked as a consultant, author, and speaker, collaborating with individuals and organizations at all levels across the globe. Through his brand, Human Dynamics, Peter has helped numerous enterprises transform their operations, focusing on the integration of passion, purpose, and profit to create a more responsible and sustainable form of capitalism in the 4th industrial age.
