His tenure was marked by significant achievements, including securing substantial trade facilities from local banks, which helped double the company’s turnover. In 2014, Satish took on a new challenge at Technology Partners FZ LLC, a Dubai-based technology integration company. As Finance Controller, he led efforts to restructure financial strategies and manage high-profile projects across the Middle East and Africa, including collaborations with ADWEA and the Ministry of Oil in Iraq. His ability to negotiate agreements and optimise financial operations solidified Technology Partners’ reputation in the industry and ensured successful project deliveries.

Satish’s career reached new heights at Emitac Group, jointly owned by the well-known Bukhatir and Ghobash Group and established in 1976, delivering value in technology, telecom & healthcare sectors.
He joined as Senior Manager of Finance in 2016 in their Telecom division and quickly rose to become Group Head of Finance in 2019. His role at Emitac was pivotal in expanding the banking facilities from AED 187M to AED 312M, driving financial growth through strategic restructuring. He achieved significant savings by streamlining banking operations, reducing redundancies, and enhancing internal controls.
