Judith launched her career as a psychologist with a private practice in Santa Monica, California, where she specialized in couples’ counseling. Her work was guided by her innate understanding of human behavior, honed during her acting days. In the late 1990s, Judith and Jim transitioned their expertise from couples counseling to executive coaching.
