Thierry managed a diverse portfolio that included coordinating the activities of five academic departments, overseeing the academic journey of over 350 students in Bruges and 130 in Natolin (Poland), and supervising a network of 210 professors, many of whom were visiting scholars from 30 different countries.

His role extended beyond mere administration; Thierry became the main interface between students, faculty, professors, and national administrations, ensuring seamless coordination within the institution. One of his notable achievements was managing the external representation of the College at various conferences, official events, and negotiations with European Union institutions.
