Michelle’s professional career took off when she joined Nike’s European headquarters in Hilversum, the Netherlands. Over 16 years, she ascended through various HR roles, where she managed diverse teams and implemented innovative HR processes. Her experiences in different capacities, such as HR Training Coordinator and EMEA HR Process Specialist, taught her the value of adaptability and strategic thinking.
“The key to successful leadership is not just managing processes, but understanding people’s journeys and their potential.”

“Embracing change is the first step towards growth; without it, we remain stagnant.”
A Life-Changing Shift
Despite her corporate success, Michelle felt a calling towards deeper, more meaningful work. Personal experiences with psilocybin sparked a profound transformation, compelling her to explore its therapeutic potential. Her dedication to self-healing led her to become a state-licensed Psilocybin Facilitator in Oregon, where she now helps others navigate their healing journeys.
In 2023, she founded Tree of Life Facilitation Services and Purple City Retreats, merging her passion for wellness, plant medicine, and personal growth. Through luxurious wellness retreats, Michelle creates transformative experiences for clients seeking healing and self-discovery.
