Synne worked with Lingo ApS, a Scandinavian translation company, where she honed her skills translating between Scandinavian languages and English. In 2017, Synne stepped into a role that would define the next phase of her career. She became the Chief Storyteller and Content Writer at SVG Writing in Uppsala, Sweden. Here, she combined her creative writing skills with business strategy, using her storytelling expertise to shape compelling brand narratives. As a content creator, she played a key role in helping businesses connect with their target audience, building trust, and driving engagement.

In December 2019, Synne took a bold step forward in her career by founding Lindentree, a consulting company focused on empowering women entrepreneurs. Based in Barcelona, Synne’s mission was clear: to help women take control of their sales strategies, grow their businesses, and achieve financial independence. Drawing from over 14 years of experience in sales, communication, and business strategy, she began working with female-led businesses worldwide, from the US to Australia.

At Lindentree, Synne developed a reputation for offering personalized, strategic sales consulting. She didn’t just provide advice—she worked alongside her clients, ensuring that they were equipped with the tools they needed to succeed. Her approach emphasized authenticity and alignment with individual strengths, a core philosophy she summed up with the quote,
